ReplyDelete-This week I have been consciously focusing on doing one task at a time. No more multi-tasking for me! I have been so much more calm all week. I am amazed that adding the live-with "Precise "Observation" has also helped.
-MUST READ: I was so blown away by Wheatley's esay that I got her book "Finding Our Way". The book will knock your socks off! This women knows how to cut to the core of what we are learning with incredible insight (complementary, of course, to the class instruction). She says that the "old story" of leadership relates to a mechanistic style and that the "new story" is about spirit and telling others!

ReplyDeleteSo glad to see you are calm - it's amazing how multi-tasking creates stress and doesn't really help in the long run.
Also, Wheatley's book is incredible, isn't it!? I purchased it back in 2005 when I heard her speak...the book was just being released. She tells the New Story well, and invites us to participate in such a generous way.
